Exposición en Galería Independiente durante la XI Bienal de La Habana


Durante el próximo mes de mayo de 2012, la esposición "el crírculo" estará abierta al público en el espacio independiente "Casa Galería Luis Trápaga", con dirección en Calle 10, número 316, Vedado.

La exhibición incluirá cuadros, murales y obras audiovisuales.

"Distintos modos de evitar a un poeta: poesía cubana del siglo XXI" se presenta en Ecuador



 LANZAMIENTO DE DISTINTOS MODOS DE EVITAR A UN POETA: POESÍA CUBANA DEL SIGLO XXI

El Quirófano Ediciones presenta la antología Distintos modos de evitar a un poeta: poesía cubana del siglo XXI, selección y prólogo de la poeta cubana Lizabel Mónica, en el Salón Azul de la Universidad Politécnica Salesiana de Guayaquil. 

Presentará la antología, el escritor y editor guayaquileño Augusto Rodríguez. Para cerrar la presentación se ofrecerá un recital poético con los integrantes del taller de El Quirófano: Laura Nieves, Giovanni Salvatore Bayas, Lucero Llanos Orellana, Evelyn Pacheco Silva, entre otros.

El Movimiento Inmigrante Internacional llevará a cabo consultas gratuitas sobre inmigración patrocinada por el City Bar Justice Center el día Lunes 9 de Abril. Hable en privado con un abogado de inmigración sobre sus inquietudes legales incluyendo temas tales como visas para artistas, inmigración cubana y reunificaciones familiares. Habrá abogados disponibles en Ingles, Español y Mandarín. Este taller proporciona la oportunidad para que los miembros de la comunidad busquen ayuda legal sin costo alguno. Los abogados no tomarán casos particulares.

Immigrant Movement International will be hosting a free immigration clinic sponsored by the City Bar Justice Center on Monday April 9, 2012.  Speak privately about your legal concerns with an immigration attorney including issues surrounding artists visas, Cuban immigration and family reunification.  Lawyers will be available in English, Spanish and Mandarin.  This workshops is an opportunity for community members to seek objective legal advice at no cost.  Attorneys will not be taking on cases.
